GPT live test — workspace header retains previous account

Steps to reproduce
1. Sign in as the GPT test account after another account used this browser.
2. Open Customer Dashboard.
Expected
Header destination and My Orbytal reflect a workspace owned by the current account.
Actual
Header displayed the previous account workspace until explicitly selecting GPT Live Test. The dropdown listed only the current account teams.
