📖 How to use it with KTools 4
- 1 Download and unzip Iron Bot, then load its folder using Chrome or Edge → Extensions → Developer mode → Load unpacked. Pin its toolbar icon.
- 2 Sign in to KTools admin with Live Help permission. Open a KTools page and click the Iron Bot icon to open the help window; click again to reopen a closed window. Reconnect rechecks the current session and connection.
- 3 Drag the header to move the window, resize its corner, or minimize it. Keyboard users can focus the header and move it with arrow keys.
- 4 Review page context to see permitted visible labels, filters, summaries and bounded safe table rows. Passwords, private messages and screenshots are not collected.
- 5 Ask a question. Iron Bot uses the existing Windows worker; queued answers wait for that worker. Chats are saved in your private Live Help history. Version 1.0.9 adds View verified operational report links for allowed server reports; Operational Reports and source view permissions are required.
- 6 Use Highlight field/control to find a page control. Iron Bot only explains: it never fills fields, clicks buttons or submits forms. Review page context shows visible context. Page Data verifies permitted database counts, filters and samples across supported areas; no records can be changed.
- 7 Works on krisdkent.net/ktools/ and localhost or 127.0.0.1 KTools/ktools4 installations. It activates only after you click its icon; reopen it after navigating. No bridge key is entered into the extension.

- 3 Open 2D Workflow (app.2dworkflow.com) in another tab and follow the popup. It never clicks Buy without your OK.

Extracts FBA shipment codes from KTools and auto-fills them one at a time into a target shipment search page (Pattern Middle Mile or Amazon Seller Central), checking each result.
📖 How to use it with KTools 4
- 1 Open Orders → Active Shipments and click 🔍 Details on the shipment.
- 2 Click the KTools FBA Copier icon → Extract: it copies every order code from the open details.
- 3 Open Pattern (hub.pattern.com) or Amazon Seller Central shipments and press ▶ Auto-Fill All; it searches each code and checks the result. Options set the target site.

Download & Extract: Download the extension .zip from the card above and extract it into a permanent folder on your PC (e.g.
Documents\KTools Extensions). -

Open Extensions Page: In your browser address bar, navigate to
chrome://extensions(oredge://extensionsfor Microsoft Edge). -

Enable Developer Mode: Turn on the Developer mode switch in the upper-right corner of the Extensions page.

Load Unpacked: Click the Load unpacked button and select the extracted folder (the directory containing
manifest.json). -

Pin Extension: Click the puzzle-piece icon (🧩) in the browser toolbar and pin the extension so its icon remains accessible.
🔄 Updating to a Newer Version

Download New Archive: Download the updated .zip file from the card above whenever a new version is posted.

Replace Files: Extract the new archive directly over the existing extension folder, replacing all files.

Reload in Browser: Return to
chrome://extensionsand click the circular ↻ Reload button on the extension card. Verify the version matches the card above.
Single Setup Per Machine: Unpacked extensions stay active across browser restarts and computer reboots. You do not need to repeat setup after the initial installation.
