Once your payment is confirmed, open Downloads & keys in your account. Each product you own shows its license key (with a copy button) and the installers you can download.
If something is missing, check the order under your orders or open a support request with your order number.
A one-time purchase is yours to keep: its downloads and license key don't expire.
A subscription is billed monthly or yearly and stays active while it's paid. You can cancel any time under your subscriptions; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Every purchase comes with a license key (it starts with ORB-). Apps check it with Orbyt's license verification service, which answers whether the key is valid, which product it belongs to, its seat count and when it expires.
Keys of refunded or revoked purchases stop validating.
Purchases belong to an organization. Create a team under Organizations, invite people by email, and assign them seats.
When you check out, pick the team under Buy for so the purchase lands there instead of your personal workspace.
A plan includes a number of seats. Owners and admins assign each seat to a member; that member then sees the product's license key and downloads.
Plans with unlimited seats cover every member automatically. Need more seats? Choose a larger plan or add extra seats in the cart.
The cart shows an estimate once you enter your country and ZIP / postal code. The final tax is calculated at checkout from your billing address and shown on your receipt.
Payments are handled by Stripe Checkout. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach Orbyt's servers. You'll get an emailed receipt, and every order is listed under your orders.
Open a support request in Billing & payments with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. A full refund normally ends access to the product and its license key.
API keys are created under API keys on accounts with developer access. Each key is either live or test, can be limited to specific permissions, and can be revoked instantly.

Test keys work against a separate sandbox: their own catalog, carts and orders, with payments in Stripe test mode. Nothing a test key does charges a card or touches live data.
Open a support request. No account needed: you'll get a ticket number and a private link to follow the conversation. Signed-in customers see every ticket under your tickets.
Paying customers are answered first, and security reports go straight to the top of the queue.
