Operational visibility
The Ops Console brings together administrative information that helps staff understand the running marketplace. Depending on permissions and configuration, this can include application errors, authentication activity, payment-provider events, email work, webhook delivery and deployment-file checks.
Reading operational status
A status reflects the information available to the application at the time it is shown. An empty log is not proof of uptime or security. A successful local test is not proof that a live provider, scheduled task or remote server is correctly configured.
Investigate failures using the relevant event, request or order reference. Preserve useful context while avoiding passwords, full credentials and unnecessary personal information in notes or shared screenshots.
Controlled administrative access
Operational panels require the appropriate account permissions. This public page provides an overview and does not expose private operational logs or grant access to administrative actions.
Release and recovery checks
The go-live checklist helps organize configuration and manual acceptance work. The upload manifest can identify missing or changed deployment files. Backups, restore tests and operating procedures remain part of the deployment plan.
