Plan a custom application or integration around your requirements, delivery scope and operating responsibilities.

Start with the workflow
The Custom Applications area helps start a conversation about software tailored to a business process. Describe the people involved, current systems, the problem to solve and the result you need. Include a realistic budget range and timeline when known.
Define a reviewable scope
A project proposal should identify the deliverables, integrations, hosting arrangement, milestones, testing approach, support period and acceptance criteria. Source-code rights, third-party costs, data migration and ongoing maintenance should be stated explicitly rather than assumed.
Demonstration estimates
Any interactive estimate or example shown during planning is a starting point for discussion, not a binding quotation or commitment to a delivery date. A separate approved scope and agreement are needed before commissioned work begins.
Information to share
Share a high-level process description first. Avoid uploading passwords, private customer records or regulated documents until an appropriate handling arrangement and secure transfer method have been agreed.
