Review the purchase

The cart and checkout show the items selected for an order. Before paying, check the publisher, plan, currency, delivery method, seat count, applicable taxes and whether the charge is one-time or recurring. Review the product license and published purchase policies.

Choose the intended organization

Where an organization choice is available, select the workspace that should receive the entitlement. Confirm that you are authorized to purchase for that organization and understand how its members will receive access.

Payment and activation

Payment is handled through the configured provider. A browser redirect alone is not always the final confirmation of payment or access; provider events may still be processing. Use your order record and support reference if the result is unclear rather than repeatedly attempting a charge.

After purchase

Available downloads, licenses and hosted application access appear in the appropriate account sections once the order is confirmed. Subscription management and support are available through your account, subject to the purchased plan.

A demonstration or test-mode transaction is not a real purchase and is not evidence of a live customer payment. Real-money processing requires the business and provider setup to be accepted for production.
