Does every product have a perpetual license?
No. Orbyt can list one-time purchases and subscriptions. The product page, checkout and applicable license describe the rights included in a particular purchase.
What does perpetual mean?
Where expressly offered, a perpetual license grants the continuing usage right specified in that license. It does not automatically include future major versions, unlimited support, permanent hosting or access to an external service after that service ends.
Do I receive source code?
Only when the listing and license expressly include it. Access to readable source code does not automatically grant redistribution rights, copyright ownership or permission to remove license restrictions. Third-party and open-source components may have their own terms.
How do seats and installations work?
A plan can limit the people or installations permitted to use a product. Organization owners and authorized administrators can manage members and seats through their account. The purchased plan remains the source of the applicable limits.
What happens when I cancel or receive a refund?
Subscription cancellation generally stops a future renewal and preserves access through the paid period shown in the account. Refunds, license revocation and related access changes depend on the purchase terms and applicable rights. Review the published Refund Policy and ask support about a specific order.
Can I run everything offline?
Do not assume so. Payment processing, hosted applications, external APIs, updates and some licensing workflows need connectivity. Any offline or air-gapped capability must be confirmed for the exact product and deployment.
