Marketplace application foundation

Orbyt Core is the PHP and database application behind the marketplace. It connects storefront browsing with account management, organization access, product plans, orders, entitlements, seller administration and support workflows.

• Accounts, organization members, role permissions and account preferences.
• Product listings, delivery options, plan pricing and seller product review.
• Checkout, order records, subscriptions, downloads and license entitlements.
• Seller application and business-profile review, document workflows and payment onboarding.
• Administrative content editing, operational visibility and a go-live checklist.

These are application areas, not a promise that every optional service is enabled on every installation. Availability depends on permissions, deployment configuration, purchased plans and any external services involved.

An API-backed interface

The web interface and versioned API share supported data operations. API credentials should be scoped to the permissions an integration needs. Test and live financial contexts must remain distinct.

Evaluating a deployment

Confirm the product version, runtime requirements, database compatibility, hosting arrangement and included rights before purchase or installation. Plan for upgrades, backups and external integrations. This overview makes no universal performance or uptime guarantee.
